Are You The Next Customer Engagement Manager for Reconciliation Education?
What do CEMs do?
Customer Engagement Managers are a cross-functional role at Reconciliation Education. We partner with Sales and Customer Success to help educate, inspire, and nurture lasting relationships with current and prospective customers.
Customer Engagement Managers are self-starters who excel at using their client care knowledge and project management skills.
The mission? To create helpful, compelling coaching for our clients who are trusting us with the reconciliation education of their employees. As clients onboard with us in the development of their customized workplace courses, your superpower will mentor them through each milestone until our team of designers complete course delivery.
How? By tracking each milestone in their client journey and coaching them along to the next step by sharing feedback, encouragement and answering their questions.
What skills do CEMs need?
Great question! Here are the top 3:
- Hands-on experience in client care communication in a professional work environment. We are looking for: a warm, confident, professional and engaging presentation style. A relational approach.
- Strong email writing skills and the ability to structure content in a logical, easy-to-understand way that helps the client understand what their next steps are to advance the project. Ability to assist clients via Zoom meetings is appreciated.
- Ability to track on a (simple!) excel sheet milestone completion and the next team tasks on the horizon to assign to the tech & design team.
